If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed using the appropriate payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

Cancellation is not guaranteed after the 15-minute period. In particular, cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, dispatched, or fulfilled.

Where cancellation is not possible, applicable return rights may still apply.
